Sec. 5. A condominium unit owner may not make an alteration or structural change that would: (1) jeopardize the soundness or safety of the property; (2) reduce the value of the property; or (3) impair any easement or hereditament; unless the condominium unit owner has obtained the unanimous consent of all the other co-owners.
