Indiana Code § 32-24-4.5-6.2

"Residential property"

Sec. 6.2. As used in this chapter, "residential property" means real property that consists of: (1) a single family dwelling that is not owned for the purpose of resale, rental, or leasing in the ordinary course of the owner's business; and (2) the land on which the dwelling is located.
