Sec. 11. The trustee shall, within six (6) months after beginning the duties of the trust, report to the judge of the circuit court, superior court, or probate court, under oath: (1) the amount of money in the trustee's hands from: (A) the sale of property; and (B) collections; and (2) the amount still uncollected. The trustee shall also, in the report, list all claims of creditors that have been presented to the trustee against the assignor. The trustee shall denote the claims that the trustee concludes should be allowed and those that the trustee determines not to allow. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-12-1-11.]
