Sec. 9.3. (a) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-25-3 , IC 31-25-4 , and IC 31-26-3.5 , means a person who has applied for assistance for the applicant or another person. (b) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-27 , means a person who seeks a license to operate a child caring institution, foster family home, group home, or child placing agency.
