Sec. 86. (a) "Obligor", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16 , means an individual who has been ordered by a court to pay child support. (b) "Obligor", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-18.5-1-2 . (c) "Obligor", for purposes of IC 31-25-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-25-4-4 .
