Sec. 62. "Intake officer", for purposes of the juvenile law, means a probation officer or a caseworker who performs the intake, preliminary inquiry, or other functions specified by the juvenile court or by the juvenile law. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citations: 31-6-1-6 part; 31-6-1-19.]
