Indiana Code § 31-9-2-57

"Income payor"

Sec. 57. (a) "Income payor", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16 , means an employer or other person who owes income to an obligor (as defined in IC 31-9-2-86 (a)).       (b) "Income payor", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5 , means an employer or other person who owes income to an obligor (as defined in IC 31-18.5-1-2 ).
