Sec. 53. (a) "Home state", for purposes of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act under IC 31-21 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-21-2-8 . (b) "Home state", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-18.5-1-2 .
