Sec. 49. (a) "Guardian", for purposes of IC 31-11-10-1 , IC 31-15-2-5 , and IC 31-15-3-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 29-3-1-6 . (b) "Guardian", for purposes of the juvenile law, means a person appointed by a court to have the care and custody of a child or the child's estate, or both.
