Sec. 36. (a) "Delinquent", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 , refers to a situation in which an obligor is the equivalent of one (1) month in arrears in the payment of child support ordered by a court. (b) "Delinquent", for purposes of IC 31-16-16 , refers to a situation in which an obligor is in arrears in the payment of child support ordered by a court in Indiana or another state that has jurisdiction over the support order.
