Sec. 29. "Crime", for purposes of the juvenile law, means an offense for which an adult might be imprisoned or incarcerated if convicted under the law of the jurisdiction in which the offense is committed. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citations: 31-6-1-6 part; 31-6-1-13.]
