Indiana Code § 31-9-2-27

Sec. 27. (a) "Court", for purposes of IC 31-15 , IC 31-16 , and IC 31-17 , means the circuit, superior, or other courts of Indiana upon which jurisdiction to enter dissolution decrees has been or may be conferred.       (b) "Court", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 , refers to the court having jurisdiction over child support orders.       (c) "Court", for purposes of IC 31-37-23 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-37-23-3 .       (d) "Court", for purposes of the Interstate Compact on Juveniles under IC 31-37-23-1 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-37-23-1 .       (e) "Court", for purposes of IC 31-27 , means a circuit or superior court.       (f) "Court", for purposes of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act under IC 31-21 , has the meaning set forth in IC 31-21-2-7 .
