Sec. 113.5. "School", for purposes of section 31 of this chapter and IC 31-39-2-13.8 , means a: (1) public school (including a charter school as defined in IC 20-24-1-4 ); or (2) nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12 ); that must comply with the education records privacy provisions of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. 1232g) to be eligible to receive designated federal education funding.
