Sec. 100.5. "Qualified medical practitioner", for purposes of IC 31-9-2 means the following: (1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 . (2) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5 . (3) A physical therapist licensed under IC 25-27 . (4) An advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23 . (5) A chiropractor licensed under IC 25-10 . (6) A psychologist licensed under IC 25-33 .
