Copy of dispositional decree of a Medicaid recipient child by court to division of family resources

Sec. 28. (a) This section applies if a predispositional report indicates that a child receives Medicaid and a court places the child in: (1) a juvenile detention facility; or (2) a secure facility, not including a facility licensed as a child caring institution under IC 31-27 .       (b) The court shall immediately provide a copy of the dispositional decree to the division of family resources.   IC 31-37-20 Chapter 20.
