Provision of information by department of child services

Sec. 7. If the department receives information, including positive results of a drug or alcohol screen, that indicates that a parent, guardian, or custodian may have violated a dispositional order of the court, the department shall provide the information to the court to be made part of the court record in the child in need of services proceeding.   IC 31-34-21 Chapter 21.
