Providing written report to the prosecuting attorney

Sec. 2. If the appropriate law enforcement agency determines that an institution, school, facility, organization, or agency knew that the alleged abuse was happening and failed to report the alleged abuse, law enforcement shall provide the prosecuting attorney with a complete written report of the investigation.   IC 31-33-9 Chapter 9.
