Sec. 2. The juvenile court may: (1) immediately set a matter described under section 1 of this chapter for hearing; or (2) consider the matter at any other proceeding or hearing authorized under the juvenile law. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-7-14(b).]
