Sec. 5. Except as provided in IC 31-34-11-1 and IC 31-35-2-6 , a procedural deadline set forth in: (1) IC 31-34 with regard to a child in need of services proceeding; or (2) IC 31-35 with regard to a proceeding to terminate the parent-child relationship; is not subject to waiver, whether affirmative or implied, by a party to the proceeding.
