Sec. 4. The salary of a part-time juvenile court referee appointed under this chapter shall be paid from juvenile probation user's fees under IC 31-40-2 upon the approval of the county fiscal body. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-9-2.1(b) part.]
