Referees; duties; findings and recommendations; administration of oaths

Sec. 6. A part-time juvenile court referee: (1) shall perform duties assigned by the court; (2) shall submit findings and recommendations in writing to the juvenile court, which shall enter such order as it considers proper; and (3) may administer oaths in the performance of duties assigned by the juvenile court.
