Sec. 5. A juvenile court has concurrent original jurisdiction with the probate court in the following proceedings: (1) Proceedings to commit children under IC 12-26 . (2) Proceedings to terminate the parent-child relationship under IC 31-35 . However, the juvenile court's jurisdiction is limited as described in IC 12-26-1-4 .
