"Executive head"; appointment of compact administrator

Sec. 8. As used in Article VII of the interstate compact on the placement of children (section 1 of this chapter), the term "executive head" means the governor. The governor may appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article VII.   IC 31-28-5 Chapter 5.
