Sec. 27. (a) After the license of a group home is revoked, the department shall notify in writing each person responsible for each child in care to ensure that the children are removed from the group home. (b) The written notice shall be sent to the last known address of the person responsible for the child in care and shall state that the license of the group home has been revoked.
