Grant recipients' duties

Sec. 9. A youth service bureau that receives a grant under this chapter shall do the following: (1) Maintain accurate and complete records, reports, statistics, and other information necessary for the conduct of the youth service bureau's programs. (2) Establish appropriate written policies and procedures to protect the confidentiality of individual client records.
