Challenge of adoption or validity of irrevocably implied consent by putative father; when precluded

Sec. 16. A putative father whose consent to adoption is irrevocably implied under section 15 of this chapter is not entitled to contest: (1) the adoption; or (2) the validity of the putative father's implied consent to the adoption. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-1-6.4(g).]
