Challenge of adoption or validity of implied consent by putative father; when precluded

Sec. 13. A putative father whose consent to adoption is implied under this chapter or IC 31-19-5-18 is not entitled to challenge: (1) the adoption; or (2) the validity of the putative father's implied consent to the adoption. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-1-6.1(n).]
