Sec. 20. (a) A local office, a licensed child placing agency, or an attorney may charge a reasonable fee for services performed or actual expenses incurred under section 19 of this chapter. (b) The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter: (1) A licensed child placing agency. (2) The court. (3) The department. (4) A local office. (5) A professional health care provider. (6) An attorney. (7) The Indiana department of health.
