Sec. 6. The following persons shall provide for the storage and indexing of consents made under this chapter to carry out IC 31-19-24 through IC 31-19-25.5 : (1) The state registrar. (2) The department. (3) County offices of family and children. (4) Licensed child placing agencies. (5) Professional health care providers (as defined in IC 34-6-2.1-165 ). (6) Courts.
