Adoption history fund

Sec. 6. (a) The adoption history fund is established for the purpose of carrying out this chapter and IC 31-19-19 through IC 31-19-25.5 . The state registrar shall administer the fund.       (b) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from: (1) money in the fund; or (2) if revenues are insufficient, a supplemental appropriation.       (c) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.
