Confidentiality of interview, report, or investigation

Sec. 20. If the court finds it necessary to protect the child's welfare that the record of any interview, a report, or an investigation in a custody proceeding not be a public record, the court may make an appropriate order accordingly. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-23(d).]
