Sec. 4. Upon application to the court for enforcement of an order for support, the court may: (1) enforce a judgment created under IC 31-16-16-2 (or IC 31-2-11-8 before its repeal) against the person obligated to pay support; (2) issue an income withholding order as provided in IC 31-16-15-0.5 ; or (3) implement an income withholding order as provided in IC 31-16-15-2 .
