Subpoena powers; presentation of evidence

Sec. 7. A guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate appointed by a court under this chapter (or IC 31-1-11.5-28 before its repeal) may subpoena witnesses and present evidence regarding: (1) the supervision of the action; or (2) any investigation and report that the court requires of the guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate.
