Sec. 2. The family relations division may be administered by: (1) the community mental health center; (2) a managed care provider (as defined in IC 12-7-2-127 (b)); or (3) any other person approved by the court. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.5-19 part.]
