Sec. 3. A judge may order either or both parties in a domestic relations proceeding to: (1) report to the domestic relations bureau; (2) cooperate in counseling; and (3) furnish the counselor with pertinent information in a party's knowledge. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-24-5 part.]
