Consideration of child's safety preeminent in determination of child's best interests

Sec. 1.5. For purposes of IC 31-19 , IC 31-28 , IC 31-34 , and IC 31-35 , the department or a court shall consider ensuring the child's safety to be the most important consideration in the determination of a child's best interests under this title.
