Indiana Code § 30-4-10-17

"General power of appointment"

Sec. 17. As used in this chapter, "general power of appointment" means a power of appointment exercisable in favor of: (1) a powerholder; (2) a powerholder's estate; (3) a creditor of the powerholder; or (4) a creditor of the powerholder's estate.
