Indiana Code § 30-2-14-3

"Fiduciary"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "fiduciary" means the following: (1) A personal representative, including an executor, an administrator, a successor personal representative, a special administrator, or a person performing substantially the same function with respect to a decedent's estate that meets the requirements of section 13.5 of this chapter. (2) A trustee.
