Sec. 8.2. (a) This section applies to a candidate who is nominated by petition under IC 3-8-6 . (b) A candidate is not required to prepare or file a report before the nomination date. (c) The period for the first report required for a candidate begins on the date that the individual became a candidate and ends fourteen (14) days after the nomination date.
