Sec. 2. Each committee must have a chairman and a treasurer who are ex officio members of the committee. A person may not make an expenditure or accept a contribution for or on behalf of a committee without the authorization of its chairman or treasurer. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-2-1.]
