Sec. 15. The treasurer of a committee shall file a notice of the treasurer's written appointment or designation with the election division or the county election board, as required by IC 3-9-5-2 , IC 3-9-5-3 , or IC 3-9-5-4 . [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-2-12.]
