Form of signature on petition of nomination

Sec. 7. Each petitioner on a petition of nomination must, in conformity with section 6 of this chapter: (1) sign the petitioner's name; (2) have the petitioner's mark attested; or (3) authorize an individual to sign on behalf of the petitioner with a disability.
