Sec. 31. A candidate for the office of constable of a small claims court must: (1) have resided in the township for more than one (1) year upon taking office; and (2) be at least twenty-one (21) years old upon taking office. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 33-11.6-8-4(d) part.]
