Prohibition against joining or participating in activities of certain organizations

Sec. 5.1. The state shall not join or otherwise participate in the activities of any organization that requires: (1) the payment of funds to obtain voter registration information from another state; or (2) the expenditure of funds to engage in activities other than voter list maintenance as a condition for receiving voter registration information from another state.
