Removal of name from registration record during 90 day period before election

Sec. 3. As provided under 52 U.S.C. 20507(c)(2)(B)(i), this chapter does not prevent the removal of a voter's name from the voter registration record during the final ninety (90) day period before a primary, general, or municipal election due to any of the following in accordance with this article: (1) The written request of the voter. (2) Disenfranchisement due to criminal conviction and incarceration. (3) The death of the voter.
