Form of agreement; requirements

Sec. 10. The form described by section 9 of this chapter must state that the person receiving a compilation of information under this chapter may not: (1) use the compilation to solicit for the sale of merchandise, goods, services, or subscriptions; or (2) sell, loan, give away, or otherwise deliver the information obtained by the request to any other person (as defined in IC 5-14-3-2 ); for a purpose other than political activities or political fundraising activities.
