Indiana Code § 3-7-20.5-3

Sec. 3. For purposes of this chapter, the following persons shall act as a "governing body" under IC 3-7-18 : (1) The executive director of the department of employment and training services. (2) The superintendent of state police. (3) The sheriff of a county. (4) The chief of police or comparable law enforcement officer for a municipal law enforcement agency.   IC 3-7-21 Chapter 21.
