Prescribing forms and procedures to implement chapter

Sec. 5. (a) The NVRA official may act under section 3 of this chapter to prescribe forms and procedures to implement this chapter.       (b) The election division may prescribe forms to implement this chapter.   IC 3-7-18 Chapter 18.
