Report of investigation; persons to whom copies provided

Sec. 34. Upon completing the investigation, the circuit court clerk shall issue a written report. The clerk shall provide a copy of the report by first class mail with tracking to: (1) the person who filed the notice; (2) the person alleged to have committed the violation; (3) the members of the county election board; and (4) the NVRA official.
