Written notice of violation; persons to whom copies provided

Sec. 30. (a) This section applies when a person aggrieved by a violation of: (1) NVRA; or (2) this article; files a written notice of the violation with the circuit court clerk of the county where the violation occurred.       (b) The clerk shall promptly provide a copy of the notice by first class mail with tracking to: (1) the person alleged to have committed the violation; (2) the members of the county election board; and (3) the NVRA official.
